Carolyn Smyth joined the firm in 2020 as an Associate in the Orlando office. Ms. Smyth focuses her practice on defending insurance carriers in first party insurance claims.
EXPERIENCE
Before joining the firm, Ms. Smyth represented insurance carriers in disputes involving first party property insurance claims at another firm. Additionally, Ms. Smyth previously was a Senior Attorney with the Florida Guardian ad Litem Office for over a decade, representing abused, abandoned and neglected children in court.
