Ms. Johnson joined the firm in July of 2016. She is an associate in the Orlando office. Ms. Johnson focuses her practice on the representation of insurers in matters involving both first and third party litigation. She advises and consults insurers in all aspects of the investigation of a claim as to a wide range of property claims including rendering coverage opinions, conducting examinations under oath, and litigating and defending lawsuits brought by insureds.
She has extensive experience representing and advising insurance carriers regarding all aspects of first party homeowner’s and commercial property insurance disputes. She has over seven years of first party property defense experience in handling claims regarding all types of perils, including water, wind, hail, lightning, fire, sinkhole, ground cover collapse, theft, vehicle impact, and vandalism from inception through resolution, including trial.
Ms. Johnson also has over seven years of third party experience which includes providing coverage opinions, litigating coverage issues, and defending third party claims.
