Jennifer L. Fitch joined the firm in May 2017 as an Associate. Mrs. Fitch focuses her practice on counseling, defending, and litigating matters for insurance carriers in Florida state courts. She assists clients in the investigation of claims, provides coverage opinions, and litigates first party insurance claims and third party claims including construction defect.
Before joining the firm, Mrs. Fitch represented both insurance companies and their insureds in state courts in disputes involving first party homeowner’s claims and third party construction defect claims. Mrs. Fitch has extensive experience litigating first party property and third party construction defect claims throughout the State of Florida. Additionally, Mrs. Fitch has experience in pre-suit claims investigations, taking examination under oath and providing coverage evaluations of homeowner’s insurance claims.
