Jason Little joined the firm in November 2018 as an Associate. Jason focuses his practice on counseling, defending, and litigating matters for national and local insurance carriers in state and federal courts. He assists clients in the investigation of claims, provides coverage opinions and litigates first party property insurance claims.
Prior to joining Simon Reed & Salazar, Jason represented Florida’s largest automobile insurance provider in personal injury protection, property damage, and subrogation litigation. Prior to his civil practice, Jason served as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s 15th Judicial Circuit, where he tried numerous cases to verdict, and managed a diverse caseload on behalf of the State of Florida.
While in law school, Jason served as staff editor for the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review. He was also a member of the University of Miami Trial Team, where he competed on behalf of the university at mock trial competitions throughout Florida. Jason also served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Children and Youth Law Clinic where he counseled foster youth regarding various civil matters.
