Rick Gomez is an attorney with the firm’s Miami office and focuses his practice on first party property and insurance coverage matters for national and local insurance carriers in state and federal court.
EXPERIENCE
Throughout his career, Mr. Gomez has assisted clients in handling all types of homeowner’s and commercial property damage claims, both pre-suit and litigation. Before joining the firm, Mr. Gomez gained vast experience in the representation of insurance carriers while working in-house for a large national homeowner’s insurance carrier. Prior to working in-house Mr. Gomez represented Banks, Lenders and Mortgage Servicers in both litigation and transactional matters.
