ABOUT
Aron R. Rudman joined Simon, Reed & Salazar, P.A. in 2021 as an attorney in the Miami office. Since 2013, Mr. Rudman has focused his practice on insurance coverage matters through all stages of litigation, including pre-suit investigations. He has represented national insurance carriers in both state and federal courts, obtaining numerous favorable judgments on their behalf.
EXPERIENCE
Before joining the firm, Mr. Rudman represented insurance carriers in disputes involving first party property insurance claims. He has experience assisting carriers in coverage matters including pre-suit fraud investigations, conducting examinations under oath, and providing coverage evaluations of complex insurance claims. He has extensive experience in both taking and defending depositions, arguing dispositive motions before courts, representing his clients at mediations and arbitrations, as well as obtaining successful results at the appellate court level.

During his university studies, Mr. Rudman consistently achieved President’s List (perfect 4.0 GPA) and Dean’s List (minimum 3.5 GPA) academic honors and was inducted into the United States’ oldest and most prestigious academic honor society, Phi Beta Kappa. In law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Society by placing at the top of his class in the annual Feinrider First Year Competition. He also spent a semester abroad in London, England, where he studied international comparative politics.
Outside of the classroom, Mr. Rudman was selected to be a judicial intern for the Honorable William C. Turnoff of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Rudman was also a legislative intern for then Florida State Senator Ted Deutch (D-Delray Beach), now Congressman Ted Deutch (D-FL) and a federal legislative intern at the United States House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs, under then Ranking Member Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL).
