Maria Kwak joined the firm in February 2025. Maria practices first-party property coverage at the firm’s Tampa office. Maria began focusing her practice in the defense of first-party property matters in 2019, working with domestic and international insurance companies to resolve first-party disputes while managing potential exposure. Maria formerly served as corporate counsel for a homeowners insurance carrier in the Tampa Bay area.
