ABOUT
Bryce Clark joined the firm in June of 2024 as an Attorney in the Tampa office. Mr. Clark focuses his practice on the investigation and litigation of first-party property insurance matters including water claims, wind/hail claims, roof claims, and plumbing claims.
EXPERIENCE
Mr. Clark initially worked as a consumer bankruptcy and personal injury attorney. In his bankruptcy practice, Mr. Clark argued several cases in front of Federal Bankruptcy Judges. In his capacity as a personal injury attorney, Mr. Clark represented clients who had suffered catastrophic injuries. He brings a unique “across the aisle” perspective to his current focus in defending insurers.
Prior to joining Simon, Reed & Salazar, Mr. Clark was a Partner at a fist-party property insurance defense firm in St. Petersburg, Florida defending insurers throughout the state of Florida in all types of claims for property damage from plumbing and water loss claims to windstorm and hail.
EDUCATION
Mr. Clark attended Stetson University College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor; the Book Award for the highest grade in Torts; and received the William F. Blews Pro-Bono Service Award for excellence in community service.
RECOGNITION
Florida Super Lawyers Magazine selected Mr. Clark for inclusion as a 2024 “Rising Star” in the areas of insurance coverage and defense. This honor is reserved for only 2.5% of Florida attorneys.
